Glenn Baruck, DigiTek Security
When it comes to securing your information and protecting your privacy, there is a lot of information out there. People often do their own “research” and, like many things, end up garnering information from second- or third-hand sources like “tech-savvy” friends or something they saw on TV. This piece by Sean Gallagher (former Ars Technica’s IT and National Security Editor and currently Senior Threat Researcher at SophosLabs) can help you sift through what is folklore and fact when it comes to securing your information and protecting your privacy.
